This mostly happens that our clients do create another Paypal subscription when they already have one.

Our billing system adds up duplicate payments as credit to your account and applies this to your next invoice however having dual subscription or more will cause you to make more payment each month.

Solution;
Please kindly submit a ticket to billing system and do let us know that you made overpayment so we can take care of this issue one of the options below depending on your request
  • Refunding overpayment and cancelling Paypal subscriptions
  • Kepping credit to be applied to your future invoices and cancelling Paypal subscriptions
