Absolutely not, some of our clients had these concern and yes, their sites disappeared from Google index !!
When we looked at their account details we noticed they used same name servers for all their domains and as natural result their sites are no longer visible.
Once they created private name server for each domain their domains returned to search results after some time.
Kindly create private name server for each domain.
