Requesting your ASEOHosting affiliate commission is a manual, ticket-based process, and it is quick once you know the steps. In short, you log in to the billing portal, open a ticket with the billing department, and tell us the PayPal email address you want to be paid at. We then process the payment to that address.

How to request your commission, step by step

  1. Log in to the billing portal at billing.aseohosting.com with your normal account details.
  2. Open a new support ticket and address it to the billing department.
  3. State in the ticket that you would like to withdraw your accrued affiliate earnings.
  4. Include the PayPal email address you want the payment sent to. This is the one detail we cannot proceed without, so please double-check it is correct.
  5. Submit the ticket. Once billing has it, we process the payout to the PayPal address you provided.

All payouts are handled through PayPal, so you need an active PayPal account that can receive funds in order to be paid.

Before you request a payout

A couple of things are worth checking so your request is not held up:

  • Minimum balance. Affiliate earnings need to reach 100 US dollars before we can process a withdrawal. If your balance is below that, the request will simply wait until it clears the threshold, so it is best to check your affiliate dashboard first.
  • Cleared, not pending. Commission from a new referral is credited when the customer you referred pays, but it needs to clear before it can be withdrawn. Only cleared balance counts towards a payout.
  • Correct PayPal address. The single most common reason a payout stalls is a missing or mistyped PayPal email in the ticket. Put it in the ticket body in plain text.

You can review your current balance, referral count and click statistics at any time from the affiliate area of the portal. A fuller walkthrough of how the programme works, including commission rates and how long you keep earning on a referral, lives on the affiliate programme page, and common questions are grouped in the Affiliate Program FAQ hub.

How the commission is calculated

You earn 20 per cent commission on each referral, and that commission is recurring: you keep receiving it for as long as the client you referred keeps paying their invoices. Because the earnings are recurring rather than a one-off bounty, most affiliates raise a payout ticket periodically once their cleared balance is comfortably past the 100 dollar minimum, rather than after every single sale.

Promoting your link the right way

ASEOHosting is a specialist SEO host, so many of our affiliates are agencies and network operators who already run multiple sites. The strongest referrals come from genuinely useful content, a real review, a comparison, or a tutorial, rather than thin pages built only to carry the affiliate link. That is also what search engines expect: Google treats low-value, link-stuffed affiliate pages as spam under its search spam policies, so writing for the reader protects both your rankings and your commission stream.

If you get stuck

If you are unsure whether your balance has cleared, or a payout ticket has not been actioned within a reasonable time, reply on the same billing ticket so the history stays in one place, or reach us through the contact page. Keeping everything on one ticket makes it much faster for the billing team to confirm the amount and release it to your PayPal address.

Thank you for referring customers to ASEOHosting. We appreciate your business.
