Yes. ASEOHosting can migrate your sites across for you, but there is one condition that decides whether it is a hands-off transfer or something you will need to prepare manually: your current host must be running cPanel/WHM. If it is, our team can move your accounts, files, databases, and email with minimal effort on your side. If it is not, the move is still possible, it just takes a different, more manual route.
Why cPanel/WHM matters for migration
cPanel accounts store everything about a hosting account, the website files, the databases, the email accounts, the DNS zones, and the configuration, inside a single portable backup file. When both your old host and ASEOHosting run cPanel/WHM, that backup can be restored on our side almost exactly as it was, which is why we can do the heavy lifting for you.
If your previous host uses a different control panel (Plesk, DirectAdmin, a custom dashboard) or no panel at all, there is no matching backup format to hand across. The content can still be moved, but files, databases, and email have to be exported and rebuilt piece by piece rather than restored in one step. That work usually falls to you or your developer, though our support team can point you in the right direction.
What a cPanel-to-cPanel migration covers

Because ASEOHosting places each site on its own dedicated IP, migration is also the moment your sites leave a shared address behind. That is a defensive gain rather than a ranking boost: a dedicated IP does not lift you in search results on its own, but it removes the risk of sharing an address with spammy or penalised neighbours, and for a network it keeps your footprint under your control. Before you start
- Confirm your current host runs cPanel/WHM (check for a cPanel login, usually at yourdomain.com/cpanel).
- Have your existing cPanel login details ready, or a full cPanel backup if you would rather generate one yourself.
- Choose the ASEOHosting plan the sites will land on, our SEO web hosting plans set out the IP options.
- Leave your old account active until the new site is confirmed working, then update your domain's nameservers or DNS records to point at us.
Keep DNS changes for last. Once you switch nameservers, traffic follows within the propagation window, so the destination site should be tested and live before you flip it. If your move also changes any URLs, Google's own site move guidance is worth reading so rankings carry over cleanly; a straight host-to-host move on the same domain does not touch URLs and needs none of that.
