Yes. If you have ended up with several separate billing accounts at ASEOHosting, perhaps because you signed up for different SEO hosting plans at different times, we can merge them into a single billing account so everything sits under one login. It is a common request from agencies and network operators who have added servers and plans piecemeal over the years.
How the merge works
The process is deliberately simple and is handled by a person, not an automated wizard, so nothing moves without your say so:
- Submit a ticket to our billing department from any of your existing accounts. You can start one from the contact page.
- Tell us exactly which accounts you want merged. List the account email addresses or client IDs so there is no ambiguity about which plans should move.
- We then move the plans across so they all live under one billing account.
Once done, all of your invoices, renewal dates and service listings appear together, which makes reconciliation and renewals far easier to keep on top of.
Does it cause any downtime?
No. The merge happens entirely at the billing portal level. Your hosting accounts, sites and services keep running exactly as before, so there is no downtime and nothing for visitors or search crawlers to notice. It is purely an administrative change to where the plans are billed and managed from.
It is worth being clear about what a billing merge does and does not touch. It changes which account holds your invoices and services. It does not alter your servers, your dedicated Class C IP allocations, your DNS or your site content. Public IP address space is allocated and tracked independently of any host's billing system, as the IANA IPv4 address space registry reflects, so consolidating your invoices leaves your search footprint and IP diversity completely unchanged.
Before you ask us to merge
- Make sure any accounts you want combined are ones you actually control, and be ready to confirm ownership if we ask, since we will not move plans between parties on an unverified request.
- Note that merging billing does not cancel or change any plan. Every service you have keeps its own renewal date and price after the move.
- If you also want to change a plan, switch a payment method or update account contact details, mention it in the same ticket so we can sort it in one pass.
