What "as long as they pay" means in practice
There is no fixed expiry date attached to a referral. The commission is tied to the client's active billing relationship rather than to a countdown timer. A few points worth understanding:
- Commission is generated on each successful payment the referred client makes, not just the first sign-up.
- If the client cancels, stops renewing, or lets the account lapse, commissions on that referral naturally stop because there are no further payments to earn from.
- If the same client later returns and starts paying again, that renewed billing can once more generate commission.
In short, the length of your earning is decided by the client's loyalty, not by an arbitrary limit we set. Recurring earning only tells half the story. The other half is when a balance becomes payable and how you collect it:
- Clearing period: each commission clears 33 days after the referred client makes the payment it relates to. This window covers our refund and cancellation terms, so a commission is only confirmed once the underlying payment is settled and past the point of reversal.
- Minimum payout: your accumulated affiliate earnings must reach 100 US dollars before we process a payout. Balances below that threshold simply keep building until they cross it.
- Payout method: we pay via PayPal, so we need your PayPal email address to send the funds.
Requesting a payout
Payments are not sent automatically, you request them once you have a cleared, eligible balance. To do this, log in to the billing portal and open a ticket with the billing department, and include your PayPal email in that ticket so we can process the payment without delay.
